It started in a hotel lobby
in New Delhi, 1996.

A young man with a diploma in hotel management walked into ITC Maurya Sheraton and learned the one thing that would define his career: the client comes first. Everything else — revenue, brand, scale — follows from that.

Three decades later, the principle hasn't changed. The stage has — from five-star lobbies to ₹1,000 Crore revenue floors, from Kolkata to Hyderabad, from 5-person teams to 200+.
